Service

Bevell provides browser-based CAD conversion tools and a web-based Image-to-DXF conversion tool. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Image-to-DXF converter

• You receive 3 free DXF downloads when you create an account
• Further downloads cost £1.99 each or £5.99 for five, via Stripe, and bought downloads never expire
• Or subscribe to Bevell Unlimited, £9.99 a month via Stripe, cancellable at any time
• Downloads you already hold, bought or free, stay on your account while Unlimited is active. Unlimited does not use them, and they are used again if it ends
• Image-to-DXF conversion previews are free and unlimited; Sketchpad's AI calls use the separate daily AI credits below
• Sketchpad is in beta. It needs an active subscription, or early access that we approve by hand. Download credits and packs buy converter downloads only: they never pay for Sketchpad editing, exports or AI credits
• Bought downloads are refunded in full if you ask within 14 days and have not used any of them. There are no partial refunds: once you use a download from a purchase, that purchase is not refundable
• We make reasonable efforts to produce accurate conversions, but output quality depends on input image quality

Sketchpad editing and exports

A conversion may be opened in Bevell Sketchpad. The current draft is saved against a revision so conflicting edits can be rejected safely, and the original conversion remains immutable.

• Sketchpad, including editing a conversion, is in beta. It comes with an active subscription, or with early access that you ask for in Sketchpad and we approve by hand. Early access gives you Sketchpad as a subscription has it, and nothing else: converter downloads still use download credits. We may decline a request, or end early access, at any time, and your saved drafts and workspaces stay on your account
• Editing and exporting every project, and importing images, requires an active Bevell Unlimited subscription at £9.99 a month, or early access
• The original, unedited conversion keeps the ordinary rules above; Sketchpad outlines follow the separate preview terms below
• Undo, redo, constraints, guides and style changes apply to the saved draft only

Bevell Sketchpad preview

Sketchpad saves concepts and outlines in an account workspace. Generated concepts are images until you request an editable outline. Only AI calls use AI credits, a daily allowance of 100 with a subscription or early access. A concept uses 3 AI credits, lettering cleanup 1 and planning a request 1. Tracing is free. The workspace shows what each action costs before it runs, and how many credits are left today.

• AI credits are not download credits: packs and download credits never add to them or pay for them
• Sketchpad vector downloads, including original outlines, need an active subscription or early access
• A request that fails without a result gives its AI credits back. Cancelling before model work starts gives them back too; cancelling afterward can still use them
• Uncertain lettering remains marked for review. Accepting a raw outline does not mean its spelling or geometry has been verified
• Removing an item from the canvas keeps it in History. Contact us for permanent workspace deletion during the preview

Review generated designs before use. The preview does not guarantee originality, accurate lettering or fitness for fabrication. Your selected content is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the DXF files generated from them. We do not claim ownership of your content. Uploaded images are processed server-side. If you are signed out they are deleted within 24 hours. If you have an account they are kept with the conversion they produced, and deleting that conversion deletes the image and any associated editor draft too.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services to process illegal content, attempt to overload our servers, or reverse-engineer our conversion pipeline. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in British pounds (GBP). VAT may apply depending on your location. We do not store your payment card information.

Access straight away and your right to cancel

Downloads and Bevell Unlimited are digital content. By law you can usually cancel a purchase like this within 14 days. Before you pay for downloads or for Unlimited, we ask you to tick a box to say you want access straight away and that you understand you lose that right once you download a file. We do not take the payment without it.

Until then you can still cancel within 14 days of the payment for a full refund: for bought downloads, as long as you have not used any of them, and for Unlimited, as long as you have not downloaded a file since that payment. See Refunds below.

Refunds

Downloads you buy: email natalie@bevell.app within 14 days of the payment and, if you have not used any of the downloads it bought, we will refund it in full, no reason needed, and take those downloads off your account. Your free downloads are used before bought ones, so using a free download does not count.

There are no partial refunds. Once you have used a download from a purchase, that purchase is not refundable, because what you paid for has been delivered. Image-to-DXF conversion previews are free and unlimited so you can see the result before paying. Sketchpad's AI calls use the daily AI credits described above.

Bevell Unlimited: email us within 14 days of a payment and, if you have not downloaded a file since that payment, we will refund it in full.

This sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them. If something is wrong with a file, tell us regardless of the date and we will sort it out.

Liability

Bevell is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated DXF files in manufacturing or production. Always verify geometry before fabrication.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers.
